I tried to go to the rewards by following the Visit AGL Rewards link:
Then I was taken to the following page:
Then I was taken back to my account page.
I rang the customer service but they didn't help at all. I said I could never access the rewards, not a few months, not today, never. But they still asked me to try it again a few days later.

Hey mate. I haven't been able to access rewards for almost 3 months. Don't hold your breath waiting for them to fix it. They do not care.

We are pleased to advise that we released an update today that refreshed access to Rewards into the top navigation within My Account.
Customers who previously reported the ‘endless loop experience issue’, are advised this has now been resolved. See the full update here.
