Can somebody please tell me why my first electricity and gas bills are being issued after only one month following connection instead of quarterly/bi-monthly?
This will either be because it is bringing you in line with the regularly scheduled reads for your area or you are on monthly billing.
To check if you are on monthly billing if you login to My Account https://agl.com.au/myaccount.
Select "Manage Account" then select "Billing and Payments" then select the "Monthly Billing" option and you will be able to see if this is active or not.
