 As a health worker, 

am wondering if you have any provisions for deaf clients to communicate with AGL, if there is an emergency

usually, TTY or NRS provide this, so is AGL have any associations with these services for your deaf customers

Hi mareeshay, we can be contacted via the National Relay Service, you can locate our Accessibility numbers here. We also have messaging services available via our website as well as the AGL App or My Account.
