You should be able to access your information easily on your phone, without any hiccups. You can even enter your own meter read, to monitor your usage. We would love to look into this matter for you, to see what's going wrong. There could be a number of things going on, but if you can't access your usage after deleting and re-installing the app, then we would need to take a closer look.
