Can't access Rewards after many months

For many months I have tried to access the Rewards information. I can get to the first Rewards page, but as soon as I click "Find out more" on any offer, or "View all", I am taken to a page that says:

 

"That wasn't supposed to happen. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we're experiencing some difficulties when trying to take you to AGL Rewards right now. Please check back soon."

 

I have cleared my cache several times and tried multiple browsers, to no effect. What is the next step in fixing this?

I do apologise that you aren't able to access the AGL Rewards.
