App not working still?

Hi, 

 

i see nothing in my app and have done for a couple of months now. It worked at first. 

 

Is there another way to tack usage? 

 

Anyone know?

My usage data has not updated since the 4th of February, I emailed the AGL app account on 13th of Februrary with no response 😡
