App not up to date

Hi there, I'm relatively new to agl but since my last bill my app isn't up to date. It's only showing info (usage ect) up to 13th July and the projected bill cost hasn't changed since then either! I'm worried well get slammed for a a big bill that I'm not prepared for, last bill paid in full and acc in credit. New bill due 24th of this month. I've tried refreshing, logging in and out and updating the app. TIA.
