I have just been informed that AGL will not be able to install my net metering because the Vodaphone network is not available in my area (northern NSW). What's the go there? Should I just continue on with my old meter, or what? They offered no alternatives.
At this point in time, our affiliated metering coordinator 'Active Stream' utilise Vodafone's services to transmit data. As a result, we can not offer these services in any area's not serviced by Vodafone. You can either opt to continue on with your existing meter, or you can look into other meter coordinator that service your area that may use a different carrier to transmit data.
