I find this community discussion is nothing more than a marketing exercise initiated by A G L to answer customer complaints without having to employ staff!!!

Sorry you feel that way, but participation here is completely optional, and a lot of community members have found it to be a quick and easy way of finding answers to the questions they had, or getting help from like-minded people. If it isn't useful to you, just don't use it.
