As a former customer (and employee) of EnergyAustralia, I was used to being able to pay my gas bill online by transferring over credit from my electricity account. If AGL don’t allow this capability very soon, I’ll go back to EA.
Hi @Ukdanny1. Thanks for the feedback. My understanding is that this feature is already being investigated, but there's no current timeframe for delivery. In the meantime, you can actually request a balance transfer by messaging us from your My Account page. Just visit https://myaccount.agl.com.au/overview and click "Message Us".
