Addressing customers

Please DON'T address your customers "Hi J,,,,"  It is completely inappropriate to address anyone you do not have a personal relationship with in this way. It suggests you do not respect your customers. A "Dear Mr.... " in the case of my 96yr old father is much more courteous and shows a much more professional manner. If this manner of address is, as I suspect, automated.then it needs to be changed.
