Announcement: Restricted access within My Account RESOLVED

This has been resolved and full funcitonality within My Account has returned.

 We’re aware of an issue with the following links in My Account: 

 

- Contact Details
- Authorised Person
- Concessions
- Communication preferences
- View energy plans
- Monthly Billing

 

Opening these links, will take you back into the main My Account overview page, rather than the page for the requested action.

 

We’re currently working on a solution for this, and hope to have things fixed today. We'll continue to provide updates here, but In the meantime, you can contact us if you’d like to arrange any of the changes to your account.
