I just called your automated help line to sought out a bill which is based on estimates. I now have a direct reading of the metre and need the bill to be adjusted to this. I do not have a phone number connected to this account and ended up on a dead end place in your phone system where I was asked to comment on my (lack of) service and then cut off.
I am the owner of this property and my tenants moved out in January this year and I have been renovating the vacant property since then.
Please respond to this email so that we can get to the bottom of your confusing amounts on several bills found in my letterbox since the house was vacated.
