How to read the usage csv

Conductor

Could you please assist in  how to read the CSV detailed usage report which is downloadable from the AGL customer portal, from the Usage section?

It's full of great info, but i'm not sure if the numbers are cumulative for the 30min block which each line item represents? And if that is so, why does it show me both importing and exporting energy at the same time? If i have excess energy to export, why would i also be using energy from the grid?

Here's 4 lines from the downloadable CSV, for 2 consecutive 30min blocks. (i've cut out the columns with my account number and NMI)

If you changed the file name from MyUsageData_DD-MM-YYYY.csv to MyUsageData_YYYY-MM-DD.csv it would sort better by filename.
