I’ve been hit with a $1000 electricity bill this month estimation which is over double my highest ever electricity bill.  Been on the support line for 60 minutes with no one taking my call.  Tried the online chat function but can’t get through to an actual person.

If your invoice has been estimated, in most cases you can resolve this by providing your own read.


This can be done online, using the AGL MyAccount, myaccount.agl.com.au or using the AGL App.
