Calculation of the AEC

Hi can the calculations for the AEC be provided for my understand (based of the figures below)?

30 day July bill

off peak charge $18.35

peak charge  $7.72

Supply charge $28.04

Feed in tariff $4.17cr

Service to property concession $1.97cr

Can the calculation used to generate the Annual electricity concession of $5.95 be provided for my understanding.

Hi Xander, I tried interpreting the information on the site that shows a 17.5% discount, minus a daily amount.

I can't get the same $5.95 that AGL generates. That was why I specifically for the formula that gives $5.95. As my interpretation is not correct.

Peak + off peak + supply = $54.11

less FIT $4.17 = $49.94.

17.5% of $4994 = $8.7396

30 days at 0.0823 = $2.469

$8.7396 - $2.469 = $6.27

This is different to $5.95

 

If the formula can be provided the results is a result of $5.95 then I would know how to work it out.
