How do I swap to eBilling or back to receiving paper bills?

If you would like to switch to eBilling or go back to receiving paper bills – you can set this up in My Account.
  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Click on ‘Manage Account’ from the top menu
  3. Select 'Notifications'
  4. Toggle selection to confirm you’d like to receive your energy bills via email
