wrong bill

Hi all.

 

I just received my last gas bill. However, that was very different as before. Normally $100 per 3 months. This time over $2000.

I dont know whether reset something. Because there is guy comes from AGL coming to fix meters 2months ago. I have been trying to explain in phone. Someone told me upload picture of meters to customsreads@agl.com .But there is no reply.

Please help me check whats wrong with meter and dispel the bill.

Hi @coolwbaby , the email address for submitting reads is customerreads@agl.com.au so the issue may be that you used the incorrect address.
