I received an estimate bill 3 times the usual amount . I read the meter and sent the reading in to All but have heard nothing. The bill is now overdue. not received

Thank you for your post. 

 

When you log your own read, you should receive an adjusted bill within 24 hours if the initial reading had been over-estimated. 

 

You can send through a photo of the meter to customerreads@agl.com.au or contact us via webchat here to provide your reading. 

 

For future reference, reads can also be logged via your AGL online account or the app.
