Hi, I think there's something wrong with my bill. App shows that my electricity usage was 609kWh from November 23 to December 22, but I've left and turned off all the power in my house since November 12. How could that happened?

Can I ask if you've double checked whether the meter reading used to generate your bill is 'actual' or 'estimated'? If it is estimated, I encourage you to log into your AGL My Account here to enter your own meter reading which'll automatically correct your bill for any overcharges.

This information can be found on the second page of your bill amongst the information listed underneath 'Your electricity/gas supply details'.
