I made a mistake to paid the last bills for twice and three times through APP. Could you please help me to withdraw the money?What should I do now?

To request a refund of any over payments, you will need to contact us. Following this, we'll just need to confirm either your bank BSB and account number to send your refund electronically or your postal address if you would prefer to receive a cheque.
