Hi, my bill was due yesterday, however when I went to pay online last night through my electronic bill, I got a message that said your site was experiencing problems with online payments. I tried again first thing this morning and got the same message. I have since logged in and successfully paid my bill. Just wanting to make sure I won't be charged extra for paying a day late? Is it normal for this sort of thing to happen when paying directly through the link on an electronic bill rather than logging in to your site? Thanks.
