Opened up my electricity and gas account with AGL more than a week ago.
Still keep getting " we are putting final touches on your account ".
When will be able to access my account.

Can I ask if you've received confirmation from AGL that your account is open? If so, when did you receive this?
My account is the same, the account has been open for 3 years, I've been unable to use my online account since I moved my connection in February last year! As a regional customer, this is very inconvenient, I've sent feedback many times!
