Recently received a text message saying that I have an overdue bill.. I never received a bill in the mail or to my email.. This is frustrating because now I can't benefit from paying early as I have for all my previous AGL bills. Why has this happened?

@Anonymous I PM'd you with my account and contact details 14 days ago.. Since then I received mail from AGL saying that they will automatically swtich me to another rate... Don't know why I can receive other collateral from AGL but no Bills on email or in the mail- costing me more money..
