my solar hasn't been working and I wanted to reconfigure the meter so that I doesn't have to pay the supply charge and meter service charge. However, I was told that I need to change my old meter to smart meter in order to do the reconfiguration. Is this true? I don't want to change my meter unnecessarily. Anyone has encounter similar situation?
