Hi 

i moved new house and then i did not get any invoice for using electricity fee until now and can not see any connection of electricity in my agl app by phone

 

i just wonder why i can not see it and when i can get the fee

 

i need to change the plan when i install solar at my home next month

 

i also changed plan for gas and electricity  and payment period every month when i moved new house but the payment did not change

 

i want to make sure what is my plans of gas and electricity and payment period for them

From the date of your move in, online accounts can take 2-3 weeks to establish. If it has been longer than this, please send me a private message so that I can follow up on this for you.
