Switched-on

i have been on my phone for over an hour waiting for a service representative to answer my call..   I am NOT a happy customer!!

My problem has not been solved. It is still on going. I am waiting for contact from an AGL distributor . I was told that should happen in the middle of this week. Today is Thursday. I am still waiting for a phone call
