Unfortunately you can't request a payment extension through the AGL Community. However, we have a number of options available online that'll allow you to do this!

I have suddenly become deaf, and I wish to use Live Chat. I have been sent an Email from you saying that a Chat Now button should appear on you contact page if I wait for 30 seconds. IT DOES NOT APPEAR.

 

I have written to you about a possible change of plan, but you send an email giving phone numbers, or sugesting live chat.

 

I have phoned you, but I can not hear well enough for the phone call to be of much use, though I was sent an email about live chat

 

So, how do I contact AGL and change my plan? Old fashioned letter or email would be my choice.
