I spent over an hour stuffing about on AGL website chasing dead end phone numbers in an effort to talk with a HUMAN but had to give up in frustration after yet another pre-recorded spiel. This is poor service to say the least AGL and I'll check if Energy Australia has better customer service manners.

following that 'Call us' link leads to the same dead end prerecorded 'answers' and the 'chat with us' link doesn't work. Really, giving frustrated customers a patronising run around is not good customer service.
