Im currently with Agl with Electricity and gas .I have been informed from Origin ,I need to contact them after receiving letters to set up an account for hot water,if i don't they will be disconnecting my hot wateri have lived here for 2 yrs . I have contacted origin and she didn't understand what I was talking about...i live in a block of appartments. My landlord that has had the property for 10 yrs has never heard of this ..HELP ...

Welcome to AGL Community! 

 

It sounds like your buildings hot water may be managed by bulk hot water, this is not uncommon on apartment buildings. You can learn more about bulk hot water here

 

I would recommend having a chat to you building manager or possibly your neighbours as this would be the same across the whole building.
