My housemate has left the house and the bill is in her name, I want to change to my name. I tried to call but they just kept telling me to do it online I can just edit the name but I can't seem to do that?! They also kept telling me about a promotion I dont care to listen to for 2 minutes.
Is there a way to just change the name and email address without having to create a new account and not getting a fee?
You won't be able to change a name on an existing account, you'll need to create a new account in your name in that case. You can organise this directly on our website for a future date or you can contact us over the phone on 131 245 and we can organise your account for a past date and there won't be a fee.
