Hi @Rosy . If there's no usage, most likely the bulk of the bill would be the supply charge - the charge that applies to the supply of energy to the premises regardless of usage. However, to confirm there's no usage on the account that you're not aware of, you can log in to your My Account and take a look at the breakdown of the bill in detail.
