Get a Gas and Electricity bill both payable, my billing shows both  in credit. WHY.

All I get told on the online chat is ring the resolution team, are these people on the chat not qualified to answer a problem. ?

 

Why is an account in credit but the bill owing, is this a rip off or a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing,, why are they not the same.?

 

Sent a question via online in regards to Solar over a week ago yet no reply, is this normal practice ?
