Thank you for getting in touch!

 

You should expect to see your 'Pay on Time' discount on the first page of your bill. This appears as the difference between 'Total due' and 'Discounted amount if paid by due date'. If you feel that your discounts have definitely not been applied, please get in touch with our web chat team here.
