Changed my account and they still send overdue and reminders every month, why? the ombudsman might be the next call if not sorted. I had a confirmation email of the change to a bill every three months,.....then constant reminders and overdue notices monthly after the change, why? I am very sick of it, and will change to someone else if they don't sort it, sent emails and phones calls, no help
