Wrong email

Switched-on

I live in the United States and have never been to Australia. Someone there is using my email address. I chatted with you and was told that I had to call. I am not calling halfway around the world because someone is too dumb to remember their email address. I have sent you a message through Facebook. Remedy this or I am cancelling their service.

By remedy I mean you call the customer (account number provided in my message) and tell them to use their email address and not mine.
