Why was I not registered? I have been with you at my present address for two years.

I have been a customer at this present address for two years. I previously received email bills. Today you did not recognise my email address nor my mobile number. The following is from my June 2019 bill:

Name:Chris
Account Number:70xx xxx 561
Supply address:U X/XX Summerville Street
ANNERLEY QLD 4103
NMI:31xxxx56694

The address is incorrectly spelt.

You have not sent me my latest bill - but charged me.

So, fix this and get back to me!
