I opened a reference 1668294274 about my bill saying estimate.
It has been closed without explanation. I was advised to call the resolutions team.
It is very frustrating. If someone needs to come out and read my smart meter let me know when they would come out.
Can someone please advise why this reference was closed.
I will not pay the current bill until the issue is resolved as I was advised

If you have a smart meter on site then you certainly shouldn't be receiving an estimated bill. We'll need to check a few details on your billing and metering for you. You can also find more information here about estimated readings here.
