My last bill was due in February and it stated my next meter reading would be around the 10th may, I still to this day have not received my next bill after 4 months since my last one. please find out what is going on.
I'm sorry to hear that you've been let out of loop concerning your most recent bill! If you usually receive your bills via email, we'd recommend checking all of your mailboxes (including your junk folder) to see if your bill may be misplaced.
