I have two properties on two separate accounts on my online portal. Second property is due for its first account - how long before I can see usage online? Do I need to wait for the first account to be issued?
There could be a few different explanations as to why you're unable to see your data. If you do not have a smart meter at your property, you will not see any data uploaded until your first bill is generated.
