Hi ....I have received our latest invoice which includes undercharges from 2017 due to estimated meter reads which the distributor never notified us of and now corrected with an actual reading which they say. I do not agree with the amount and contacted AGL. I was put through to dispute resolutions and they have informed your billing department that it is correct. I do not agree..

I was not notified from the distributor regarding this. how can I resolve this ?
