I would like to know when my current AGL electricity contract ends. I also have a new digital meter. I do not want a variable rate account based on my time during the day of electricity consumption. Also when my contract expires will you be contacting me to discuss a new contract with the same rates as my current contract or better

If you are currently on a plan that has a 12 month term, then you would normally receive communication before the end of the term to advise that it's about to end. As we are committed to keeping energy prices competitive, we encourage our customers to check our website for current plans and benefits.
Your bills will reflect how your digital meter is configured so you would need to contact us via webchat or send us a private message with your account details to check what configuration your meter is set on.
