I’ve had no luck logging on to myIQ for a week or more to check my billing so I have resorted to downloading the app. Everything is fine here, so why can’t I access it on my Mac?

This has been happening to me everytime I try to login to My Account.
Could AGL please have their online system fixed.
This seems to have been happening for quite some time and it's quite frustrating as you try to call and the automated system tells you your details are incorrect.
AGL please sort this issue out.
