We moved out of our apartment in March and disconnected the gas. We have tenants living in our apartment who signed a lease through a real estate agency. We have just received three bills. I'm quite confused, could this be a scam as the details on the invoice look correct. I received three Emails after each of three different invoices.
I completely understand the confusion here and apologise for the inconvenience caused. If you've already given notice to close the account in your name and a final read was successfully processed, then there shouldn't be any further bills in your name after your move out date.
