I have recently received a VERY high electricity bill over $800 for one month's usage in August. I have been with AGL since 2010 and I have NEVER received a bill this high. I have not carried out my own meter read since April and cannot account for any additional devices or usage in a one-person household that would generate such a high figure. I live alone and work 40-hours a week. Also in this period, I have not been home any weekends as I am visiting my mother in a nursing home and clearing our her house. HELP!
