I have a digital meter and I like to download my usage detail to excel and reconcile with my meter reading. Most of the time I have no problems but since 4 August, the download shows readings to 4 August but zeros for the following days.
Added to this, the chart showing daily usages is showing exaggerated readings.I am interested to hear if anybody else is experiencing the same thing.

Like you, I also like to download the usage data to my computer.
If the website data is unreliable then how does AGL calculate our bill withcertainty.
AGL must use the data which should be available to consumers.
I can view the usage data through the app but that is not suitable to me. I don't see why I should try to manually calculate my usage costs. I
