If you have paid your account twice, the best thing to do is get in touch with our contact centre. They are able to arrange a refund. You can contact us

 

Just so you are aware we are only able to arrange a refund via bank account or cheque, so please have your details handy.

I made payment twice instead of once. Is it possible to transfer the second payment to next payment
