Tell me please, how and what do I do?

 Hi...My house has read electric meter until now and has been registering with AGL to charge electricity. By the way, on August 30th, Someone replaced the meter with a digital one and took the meter readings without telling me. I have notified AGL of the usage until the Th of the month, but I do not know what to do this month. Teach me how, what do I do?

Thank you for reaching out to us about this change in meter, and apologies for the inconvenience caused!

 

With your digital meter, things should be a lot easier for you now. By having the digital meter, you will no longer have to provide us with your readings, since this will be sent to us automatically. As such, you will be able to monitor your daily usage (currently lagging by 3-4 days) via your My Account access or through the app. You may be able to find out more information here.
