Tarriff 31 - is this off peak?

Hi does anyone know what the Tarriff 31 means ?

Think it may mean off peak for Hot water system, but would love clarification

Thank you for your enquiry!

 

'Tariff 31' does attribute itself to any electricity used to power your electric hot water system at your property. This rate is applicable to customers who have storage hot water heaters, and the electricity supply is made available for a minimum of eight hours per day at times determined by your distributor.
