I contacted customer service last month asking when I will receive an electricity bill, as I have signed up for monthly bills and which was working for me for many months, but I haven’t received one since October 2017. I was assured by customer service that my bill will be available shortly, but it’s beem 4 weeks and still nothing. I still receive my gas bills monthly, on time at the first of the month, but I’m very worried about getting a huge electricity bill in the future and being unable to pay it! I’m very disappointed that I have’t been given a valid reason as to why my bills are so delayed, and very annoyed that nothing is being done about it dispite me contacting my the call centre. It’s pretty ridiculous!
